This is one of my favorite tutorial sites on photography. Michael Andrew is a wedding photographer, blogger and mentor. He has a series of video lessons, broken down to beginner, intermediate, advanced and expert. Tutorials include the rule of thirds, perspective, shutter speed, aperture sizes, histograms and focus control amongst others. He includes links with each lesson as well as homework assignments.
