Dropbox allows you the capability to store files online which then can be synced to other computers (Mac or PC). You need to download and instal a free program. Once installed, you can take a quick tour or watch the video.

Animasher allows you to create online animation using built in clip art. You can also upload your own images to animate. Backgrounds, text boxes, music and sound effects can also be added. You also have the ability to record your own voice. Finished animations can be published online for either private or public viewing.

My grade 11 students are currently working on creating movie trailers. We take a look at several trailers including trailers called mashups. Mashups are a combination of different movies that make a “new” movie trailer. I thought I would post one of my favorites. Enjoy.
